Can anyone explain what soft sync is, and how it differs from hard sync?
I’ve read that some oscillator circuits are designed with the ability to switch soft sync in and out, but is it also a phenomena that is guarded against by designers? If so, why, and how would a circuit’s design prevent soft syncing from occurring?
