Hello Moog gang
I purchased a Slim Phatty and love it but my issue is that the output audio of the Slim Phatty cuts out randomly. It still receives and sends Midi information, just not audio. I am currently using Logic 9 as my DAW and my Slim Phatty firmware is currently 3.12. I am also using a M-Box 2 as my interface to transmit audio and Midi information. The only way I found I can fix the issue is by turning my Slim Phatty on them off while the DAW is still running. This can’t be a normal issue and it worries me to constantly reset such a fine piece of equipment. Has anyone else encountered this?
Thank you.
Hello?
Is anyone able to help me out? It has been quite some time and no one has responded am I really the only one encountering this issue?
You should e-mail someone like Amos at m00gmUsic(dot)com. Amos is always quick to respond with answers for problems like this.
Does it ever happen when the phatty in not hooked up to your DAW, just playing it with a midi controller?
Does turning the volume knob on the phatty kick it back it?
There is a midi CC for volume, if your DAW is inadvertently sending a message it might be muting your phatty. I had this happen from a hardware sequencer.
Thank you Sir nose you are totally right! thank you so much! So far it is working clean as a whistle!
