Hello there. Please help!
I’ve had a Slim Phatty for about 2 years. I love the thing. But we are having some issues. Just recently it decided to stop producing sound.
Here is the deal: I ran the play note function, and I do hear sound. However, when my midi keyboard is plugged into it, I do see the little play triangle on the screen, so it is receiving something from the keyboard. But I can’t hear anything. Not from headphones, not in an amp, none of the outputs give me anything. I’ve tried power cycling, unplugging everything, plugging things back in in various orders. Still no luck. Sadness.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Anyone else experienced this?
Help would be much appreciated.
