Hey guys, just got my slim phatty yesterday. So, two issues I’m having: when sending sequence information from the analog four (via cv inputs), there is no pitch differentiation using the keys alone- I have to manually turn down the pitch knob on the upper left which strangely DOES effect pitch. I have one cv input for gate kbd and the other for pitch via quarter inch stereo to dual mono. Also I have set the slim phatty to receive it’s lfo clock from midi, but when I play, it’s all over the place and not in time with my dsi tempest. I’m thinking there must be some internal setting on the SP that I need to change.. Any feedback appreciated! ![]()
The A4 sends out 2 CV singles via one TRS jack. You need an “insert” cable/splitter. TRS (stereo) to two TS (mono): the sleeve of the stereo is wired to the sleeve of both monos, the Tip on the stereo is wired to the tip of one of the monos, while the ring of the stereo is wired to the tip of the other mono.
Generic stereo to dual mono usually wires the tip and ring of the stereo to the tip of both monos.
