I did the update of the firmware with Phatty loader.
And I want to try the Phantogram presets etc
Can you tell me how to load them ?

I personally use the Elektron C6 application on a 2010 Mac. It allows sending and receiving sysex files.
Obviously there are alternatives an I’m sure someone will chime in with some 
For sysex transfer on the macOS use the Sysex Librarian. It never failed me in the years of beta testing synths.
