Sirin / Ableton / Launchkey

I’m trying to connect Sirin / Ableton / Launchkey, no success yet.

It looks like notes are being sent (the editor lights up), but no sound at all.

Does anyone know of a guide on how to connect Sirin / Ableton / Launchkey?

  • Download and install the Sirin Editor
  • If using Windows, install the embedded Midi USB driver
  • Install and Load Sirin Editor VST on an Audio track in Live
  • In the editor’s Settings page, set both Midi In and Out fields to Sirin
  • Create a Midi track in Live, and set it to receive Midi from the Launchpad, and to send Midi to Sirin

Any notes recorded on the Midi track will be played back to the Sirin, still having the Editor plugin being able to control Sirin independently.
