Singularity Vol 1 - For The Moog One

Here’s the first 32 of 128 Patches I’ve made for my soon to be released Bank of Patches for the Moog One…Singularity Vol 1. There is a total of 128 Patches made up from single, dual and triple layer patches, Unison and Splits. Most have Mod Wheel, Aftertouch and X/Y assigned.

Release date yet?

There’s 128 Patches and I demo them all over 4 videos, so when the last video is up, they’ll be released, so a couple of weeks. I do it this way so I don’t dump 4 videos in 1 day.

Something to look forward to!

Hi Guys, a further 32 Custom Patches from me 32 to 64. https://youtu.be/0vmgZqOpAX4

These videos /sonic demos were dope (loved the “Cars”~Gary Neuman and “Don’t Go” ~Yazoo sprinkled in there   ) Good stuff.

So, here’s the 3rd Video, Patches 65 to 97. I’ll be releasing them tomorrow on my Live Stream (Sunday 9th June - 6pm UK)

Yesterday I got the collection :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:
After paying by PayPal a few seconds later I followed the link to download the zip-file.
The installation was very easy.

Wooooow!

All the patches are sounding fantastic!
These sounds are not comparable with the factory sounds - this work is an absolute high quality and now my
favorite user space.

Compelling value for money and outstanding reliability!
Please do not hesitate to produce more magic stuff

Best regards!

(Please excuse me, English is not my first language

Thanks Noisebit

I’m glad you like the Patches, it was great making them and I’ll definitely be doing more in the future.

Thanks

Jamie

Grabbed the set of Patches…good work! Love the sounds: as a compliment to my own, my 16v is certainly “on steroids” :sunglasses:

Great, glad you like them  Yeah, I have the 16v and it’s a Monster…bit reluctant to make patches on other Synths now haha.

GEO is keeping me on my toes…
First he makes me buy a Deepmind because of his amazing pereset kit , then he made me sell it to get a ONE
Awesome stuff, so worth the support.
Go get this guys, it makes it shine…truly shine

LOL…I’m thinking about getting a 12D to sit on top of my Kurzweil for when I don’t want to hire roadies to drag my One to a gig.

GEO patches will be applied to the D.

Haha…Glad I could help

Funny thing is, if I were to sell my 16 voice Prophet REV2, my Deepmind 12, my VC340, and my DSI OB6 Module (along with my Oberheim Matrix-6 that serves as a MIDI controller for it), I’d still come up short on funds for a 16 voice Moog One.

And I’m not at all convinced that the Moog One could replace all of those (even with GEOSynth’s excellent patch sets). And I don’t feel like taking a second mortgage on the house for a polysynth.

In spite of feeling like I should do my own patches because it’s so much fun, I did get this set of patches today.

Gotta say, they are great. Out of the 128 patches, a good 90% I found very useable. And also great starting points to build similar patches to your own taste. WAY better than the factory patches, which I am systematically deleting as I come across the crappy ones.

It’s also nice to hear some patches that are similar to my own, and know that for sure some of mine are great too! And that some of them truly suck.

I have been enjoying building wandering patches with looping envelopes, but the looping envelopes just dont do what they need too to be truly useable. The transition from the sustain level to the release start level is stupid…release starts at full envelope level, regardless of the sustain level (the end of the decay), so it always creates a distinct clicky artifact. Too bad.

But I digress. Good work Jamie!

Thanks for that and glad you like the Patches. Before anyone else get’s to play my Sounds, I have to like them first and my thoughts are always on making Patches that can be used in tracks. It’s also why I spend a lot of time with assigning Controllers to various functions so you can drastically change the sound, lock it off for lots of variations from the “Preset”…but always be able to get back to the original.

Not all Synths allow this, you might get Mod Wheel and Aftertouch, but the X/Y is so great for adding 1 or more changes across the axis. Definitely a Programmers Synth!
