Signal Volume Seems Low

Hi everybody, I have a question. It seems that the signal volume on my Voyager is lower than all my other synthesizers and even the last Voyager I owned which broke on me. Maybe I am just getting OCD about my synthesizers like I usually do but I really want to fix it. The volume is so low that I have to max the Master Volume knob on the Moog and then some on my computers mixer.
Is it all in my head or should I do something about it?

Theres one thing about the Moogs that ive learned…they are usually always too loud lolol. THey cut through so nice. I don’t think your isue is normal, contact AMOS or call customer support.

Yeah, usually with the Moog gear that I have, they run loud.

Is there a jack in the VOLUME control input?
And undo all midi cables and restart the Voyager. Maybe some controller #7 messages cause this.

I’ve had this problem when I left a pedal connected to the mixer out/filter in insert but the pedal is powered down.

Sometimes moving the jack at the Voyager’s output brings the loudness back when the volume gets too quiet. Most likely you shouldn’t need to. I used to lose volume with an expression pedal in ‘wave’ on the back of MMV, but now longer with the cv at a lower amount.
