Setting up the Sub 37 Editor in FL Studio

Hi

I am tying to setup the Sub 37 Editor in FL studio. (yes its still beta  ) It only comes with a manual for Logic, but I think i know how this is “supposed” to be done in FL, but i cant make it control the synth at all. Asked the tech support of FL and this is what i got: (and tried already)

"Assign a midi port to the MIDI output device for the hardware in FL’s MIDI settings. Then set the same port as an output in the wrapper settings of the plugin.

But I don’t know if it’ll work without know what it sends … or receives."

(in that last note i figure they mean if it uses sysex, or CC or what?,)

Any ideas appreciated.

This should probably go to Amos directly, not on the forum.

Never mind. Got an answer from Amos. Its all sorted

Hi !

Just bought the Sub 37, sounds good.

Is there a way to automate things like cutoff or modulation ? I haven’t found the Sub 37 Editor. Does it exist somewhere downloadable ?

Thanks !

Yes the Sub 37 editor does exist but still in the hands and minds of the developers…all we can do is wait!

Actually, I tried the Sub Phatty editor with good results with the control of main buttons like the cutoff, the modulation and so on. So at least regarding automation I may be able to wait a bit…

The only thing is I wasn’t able to play notes on the Sub 37 via midi and automate it via the Sub Phatty editor at the same time as the same midi input seems used. But I’ve asked the question here : http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24067 so there’s still hope
