Setting the mod wheel destination on the lil phatty?

I’ve been looking at this pic:

and I cant figure out how one would set the mod wheel destination on the Lil’ Phatty. Is it hard routed to something like filter cutoff?

Also, there is no way to modulate the filter overload parameter?

The mod wheel controls the amount of modulation. If you set the mod amount to, for example, 50% in the mod section, then the mod wheel will control the amount from 0 to 50%.
