I believe your synth is either a 1973 or 1974 Minimoog. My 1973 Minimoog has a serial number roughly 800 lower than yours. If yours has square corners on the Moog Music tag on the front it is more likely a late 1973 model, while rounded corners would indicate it’s more likely from 1974. Perhaps someone else can chime in with exact serial number cutoffs for each year.
