Selecting presets by topic

Hi,
OSX, Sub 37 editor 9.30 standalone.

  • Select from the categories something different than ALL
  • Click on the preset list so that the drop down box pops up and select the first preset

Preset will not be selected . To select the first preset you have to select first a non top preset and than the top one.
Side effect here is that if you have a categorie with just 1 preset that you can’t select it by filtering on category: you have to select category ALL , and then pick the preset

Cheers
Hans

I couldn’t reproduce it using latest 0.9.30, will you please check using latest version and let know if still happens?

Thanks !

Works okay in 0.9.30 standalone OS X.

When I select a category, it automatically selects the top preset and there’s no issue with reselecting it again after choosing a different preset.

Hi,

I just re checked. I am on 9.3 and 1.1.14. The easiest way to repro is to have a category with just a single entry (E.g User - userPreset). Now select first another preset (say CoolBass in the Bass category). The Sub 37 has loaded CoolBass as has the editor. Now select category User. " userPreset" shows in the presetbox , but is not loaded in either editor or synth. Click on the preset and mark " userPreset" . On my install neither the preset is loaded in editor or the synth

Best regards

Hans

Yes, I can replicate that.

Clicking a category shows that category’s first preset name in the “preset name” box, but doesn’t load the parameters into the editor or sub 37.

Even selecting that first preset from the “preset name” dropdown doesn’t load it. I have to load a different preset from that category in the “preset name” drop down, then it will load that first preset in the editor and sub 37 when I select it again.
