does anyone know if the 2N2646 is available in the plastic package TO92 ?
theres loads of 2N2646’s out there but I’m looking for the early types
checked Mouser etc..no joy.
There’s one listed here! I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for. Futurlec’s kind of a hit or miss place in many ways.
I had a look but its TO 18 package not TO92..but thanks anyhow.
