My brand new Sub Phatty is making this annoying scraping sound and it´s bugging me me out since it´s hand built and probably tested before shipped.
Am I supposed to accept this and modify it myself or?

I’d contact whoever you bought the synth from and ask them to fix the situation.
I emailed Moog. We´ll see what they say. I don´t wanna send the unit away for a month for “repair”! I´m already in love!
