Hello just new to the forum and already a question.
In a Friends studio where i help out with making sounds and… .
His Moog ONE 16 reboots when you click on system time/date adjust or make a edit on a preset and then press the lit save button.
It does it when in Moog space or my own user space.
Is there a way to save a preset without the safe button?
Does anyone experienced this?
What version of firmware is the Moog One running?
His ONE is running the latest 1.1.0 .
Yesterday tried to save a initialized preset (in my own user space) to test if it is only happening with the factory ones.
I even reinstalled the latest downloadable (also 1.1.0) firmware to be sure to rule that out.
Still reboots when pressing save.
The next time when in the studio i will test if it happens pressing save when doing no edit and therefore the save button isn’t lit!
Hope for a solution because made a great sound that is lost, the snapshot button i discovered afterwards works fine even when recalling with shift and snapshot then choose the one made latest.
