Some sounds I generate with the Editor Librarians random feature gives me a one note sound.
Meaning the same key is across the whole board. I’m sure there’s a setting in the menu somewhere that toggles that option, but I couldn’t find it.

Not sure exactly what you mean by a ‘one note sound’, but the first thing that came to mind is that the Ed/Lib ‘random’ patch you created is using only a single oscillator (OSC3) with the keyboard control switch (3 KB CONT) set to ‘OFF’. This would result in the same note sounding across the keyboard.
Note, meaning pitch in the generic sense.
All oscillators are on and so is 3 KB CONT.
