[S37] Recorded sequence gone after using Compare during save

Hi,

is this sub forum still the right place to report firmware bugs? If not, feel free to move the post to wherever fits.

While in Panel mode, I recorded a sequence and tweaked it (inserting rests, ties and ratchets). When I wanted to save it, in the screen where I can select bank and patch number, I used the “Compare” button to find an empty slot for the preset. After I found one, I left Compare mode and found that the sequence had been deleted. The buffer was empty, showing only 1/1 note.

This kind of fits my suspicion that using Compare during Save takes some values from the ‘compared’ patch and puts them in the edit buffer.

Would be cool if that got fixed in one of the next firmware releases

Cheers,
Frank

It is exactly what it is for

Thanks for the report, will check this out locally and document it for the next version.

Thanks, Gil!
If I can be of any help on the bug hunt, just drop me a message.

Of course,

In case you do have any Sub Phatty or Minitaur in reach, any feedback would be great.

Thanks !

Just the Sub 37, sorry
