Is there any setting to make the pitch bend less “steppy” when using the RME? I understand it’s probably a midi limitation but it’s quite annoying and really noticable with faster/wider pitch bends.

It probably has to do with the resolution of your MIDI controller, not the RME. Try a different controller keyboard.
I am having the same problem, but I doubt the problem is related to the midi controller, as other rack synths do not have the stepping artifacts. Does anybody have a solution?
