I just got the RME and what a lovely synth it is. using it with ableton 5 , edirol firewire card and m-audio midi card.
basically the problem is i cannot sequence “Slides” or portamento phrases , for example if i draw in a Dsharp that lasts for say half a bar , if i enter an F during the length of the Dsharp in question, it simply wont wiggle up to that note and back again - i have a midi’d tb 303 and in that case it works just fine , so i am bit worried … a moog with no portamento or slide? please say it aint so!
Ok. Are you saying you have two notes playing at the same time on your sequencer matrix editor and you are trying to get the rme to glide? It will just confuse the synth, u need to make sure only one note at a time is written into the sequencer and that it finishes just b4 the next note starts. Maybe you know this already, im just not quite sure what you are asking.
Also make sure the glide dial is turned up to the desired level and check note priority settings in the voyager. Also does the rme have a switch to activate the glide circuit like the keyboard version does? If so you’ll need to switch that in as well. Thats all i can think of, hope its some help.
