I am in need of ribbon controller tape…specifically, the grey covering on ribbon controllers that make the ribbon controller usable. Where does one find it? What is it called? I tried searching Teflon tape, but it starts at $33.00 a roll for 1" wide tape, and doesn’t look like the tape on my Walking Stick…any help would be appreciated. 
No one? Oh well. I’m taking my chances with some mylar fiberglass tape with silicone adhesive.

Yeah, I just picked up some mylar/fiberglass tape. I had asked around my Internet haunting grounds and no one knew where to find it, or what it was called. I figure I’ll try my luck with the mylar, since others have used it with good results.
