Following my thoughts of the actual LP keyboard, I’ve been searching the web and I’ve found some interesting results, FATAR for instance, does offer a 37 keybed that looks very nice and will feel better. Has anyone actually replaced their LP keyboard?
If you change the keybed, you may need to deal with different connectors, different needed keyboard logic and differing mounting positions and screw holes. And of cause physical dimensions, as the key length is not alike on all keybeds. Even Fatar itself produces very different keybeds in size.
So exchanging a keybed with another from a different company is not a trivial thing to do.
