Recording MOOG 32 in Stereo

Hello, I am trying to find the best way to record my Moog 32 mono audio out, then feeding two audio channels, panned L & R to get as much of a realistic stereo field without phase issues. I am trying a few different things with my Apollo and also in PT.

Any ideas or what are most Moog users using to get a nice wide stereo field without phase issues and that won’t collapse when summed to mono on playback.

Thank you!

Do you have a mixer between the instrument(s) and the amp or recording unit?
I have also a mixed setup of mono synths and stereo keyboards. This lays well out in the stereo field using the PAN knob on the mono inputs in the mixer. If I had already a polyphonic synth (with mono output) for pads/strings, then I would engage a stereo effect box in between to go stereo into the mixer and have a broad acustic layer already in the beginning of the chain.

Hello, thank you for your reply. Yes, I could use my Mackie 1604. I was thinking of that but was not sure if it would take away from the MOOG sound going through another process. I will try it though, thank you!
