I’ve used a momentary footswitch to trigger the KB Gate on both my Voyager and LP. However, I’m really interested in a pushbutton gate. One that I could plug into my LP and then stick above the wheels as basically a “HOLD” button would be awesome. Has anyone wired one of these up? Anything to know other than “any old switch from radio shack” hooked up to a 1/4 inch jack?

Cool idea! Do you want to use a latching or a momentary switch? I could see the benefits of both.
Latching was what I was looking for.
You may have already tried this, but I found today that a regular footswitch like you would use with a guitar amp works great. I had a generic one-button switch lying around that I used to use for the FAT function on my Blues Jr., and it works perfectly in the Gate CV control, so now I’m going to leave it there all the time. The LED on the switch even comes on when the Gate is open. Thanks for the idea…
