Hi there…i have problems with my little phatty..!
First of all there is an awful hum coming from the main output!! And second of all, and most confusingly…the keys don’t seem to be responding properly on any setting. If i play notes slowly all seems fine but if i try to play notes in quick succession it will not play all the notes hit…somebody please help because I love my LP…cheers.x

Does the hum come from your unit when you use headphones? If it doesn’t hum through headphones, it could be something simple like a ground loop, bad instrument cable or poorly grounded amplifier/mixer.
Also, you can set “Key Priority” in the LP’s OS. Go to MASTER->KEYBD PRIORITY->LAST NOTE. This is a global setting. You can also set each individual preset’s KB Priority in MASTER->ADVANCED PRESET. This may solve your KB response issue.
