Problems contacting Moog customer service.

Hi all,

Just checking:

I have not had any replies from Moog for approx 3 months. I know we are all in the middle of a pandemic, but am wondering is there currently a problem with the Moog online chat service?

Please could someone update me?

You are not alone.
I have sent them a couple of questions, bug reports etc. to the appropriate email addresses techsupport, info and sales, but have not received a single reply in the past few months (except an automated reply with a request-id, but only once).

The pandemic does not keep them from releasing new products, but it seems customer support is not important to them.

Even before the pandemic I found it much better to call them. Not sure if this is still an available option but I would give it a try.

Thanks to both of you for your updates.

I will investigate the call charge to phone Moog from Manchester uk to USA and I will keep trying to contact them via the chat service.

Can any one from Moog reading this help?
