I have not had any replies from Moog for approx 3 months. I know we are all in the middle of a pandemic, but am wondering is there currently a problem with the Moog online chat service?
You are not alone.
I have sent them a couple of questions, bug reports etc. to the appropriate email addresses techsupport, info and sales, but have not received a single reply in the past few months (except an automated reply with a request-id, but only once).
The pandemic does not keep them from releasing new products, but it seems customer support is not important to them.
