Problem with VST

Hi, I can’t load the vst in Ableton Live, it doesn’t appear in my VST folder.
What Am I doing Wrong?

are you using the Mac version on a PC or vice versa?
If not, might want to contact Rekon Audio for support. Good luck, hope you get it sorted quickly!
