Problem with the interval of each key

Hello,
I’m having a issue with the interval of each key. It is extremely off. It sounds like each half step is a whole step and each whole step is two hole steps. I don’t know how to solve this issue. I guess the fine tuning does not work enough.

Is anyone here have the same issue? How to solve it?

Which instrument? Sounds that you have a scaling issue. Provided that there is no (hardware) defect: Analogue synths usually offer a scaling adjustment trim pot onboard. For digital synths there might be an offset parameter issue.
