The last few weeks I have been trying to register my brand new CP-251 online. After filling in the details and pushing the okay-button, I get a message that this product has been registred before and that I have to contact Moog.
Even after sending an email I still got no response. Can anybody tell me what is going wrong?
In the past I never did have any trouble when I tried to register my gear.

I had the same problem when i got my freqbox. I emailed the invoice though because I was participating in the rebate.
Heidi in the office I think takes care of that. She’s really good so she will get back with you soon. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

I was getting the same message recently. As a shot-in-the-dark I tried entering the serial number in 4-digit format (0976, rather than 976). Strangely enough, that worked. But if your serial number is above 999, my solution doesn’t apply.

and thanks Nick for your suggestion that definitely did the trick. Although the serialnumber is four digits long, after putting a zero in front of it I was able to register the cp251!
