The last few weeks I have been trying to register my brand new CP-251 online. After filling in the details and pushing the okay-button, I get a message that this product has been registred before and that I have to contact Moog.
Even after sending an email I still got no response. Can anybody tell me what is going wrong?
In the past I never did have any trouble when I tried to register my gear.
I was getting the same message recently. As a shot-in-the-dark I tried entering the serial number in 4-digit format (0976, rather than 976). Strangely enough, that worked. But if your serial number is above 999, my solution doesn’t apply.
Thanks Eric for your encouragement and thanks Nick for your suggestion that definitely did the trick. Although the serialnumber is four digits long, after putting a zero in front of it I was able to register the cp251!
