Problem: Osc 3 intermitant.

I use the Moog with an AKAI EWI wind controller.

First of all, let me tell you, this has got to be among the most expressive ways of playing the Voyager.

My problem is with Osc 3; when set to just sound in unison with the other oscillators, it only sounds for parts of the 8 octave range of the EWI. It just cuts out while I’m playing a chromatic scale from bottom to top. And it doesn’t always cut out at the same note, either.

Could I be sending a control message with the EWI to turn it off that I’m not aware of?

Yes, you can be affecting it with CC’s
76 can set the octave
13,45 can change the waveform
80 selects lo/hi freq
17,49 set the level
84 turns osc 3 on/off
