positive praise for Stacey at Moog

I would like to compliment Moog’s exceptional customer service, which they exercised throughout my entire mf-104m debacle. Particularly the office manager, Stacey, who was helpful and patient, despite my anxious anticipation, throughout the UPS clusterfuck of accidentally sending my package to the wrong state. :laughing:

The 'fooger is now in my possession, and much tweaking shall ensue. Huzzah! …and just in time for our next show too. :mrgreen:

+1 for Moog service. They have always been on point for the few times I’ve needed them.

Throughout this forum, I’ve seen nothing but praise for the Moog Music customer support, be it sales or service.
I was fortunate enough, so far, not to have to resort to asking for support, but feel very confident that if I ever do, they’ll be top notch as usual !

Moog REALLY pulled through for me when I couldn’t update my Taurus. Once again, Amos and Rosser saved me from a lot of headache, and UPS didn’t screw things up royally. Awesome service all around! :mrgreen:
