Notable Portland Oregon businessman, Buck Munger, in one cool picture!
Buck was working for Norlin Music promoting Moog and Gibson when this picture was taken. In the early days of his promotion career he secured endorsement deals for Sunn Musical Equipment (Tualatin, OR - part of the greater Portland area) with some up and coming acts that no one around here had heard much of just yet. Those acts included Jimi Hendrix and The Who. He also published a magazine about the Portland original music scene for many years. It was called Two Louies, named after that classic tune, Louie Louie, the most famous version recorded by The Kingsmen in Portland.
