Hi, I’m facing two problems now. Please help!
I have problem with my Voyager Rack Mount Edition. I just bought Moog Sound Editor software and then I did the update. Since then, I have got problem. It’s just very low level static sound (sounds like clavinet distort preset). I only get is this sound no matter what I change to any preset. I get only the same sound and the volume of the sound is also very low and the master/Headphone volume are not controllable.
Now that I have ANOTHER Problem, after I got problem with the sound I thought I might try
Rolling back OS to 3.3. So I did it transferring file from my sound editor to my RME …. AND while I was trying to transfer the bank C… My LED become BLANK!!! Like this:
Now the situation even worst! I can’t do anything with it because I cannot see the menus .
PLEASE ADVICE! Any step to follow!
Please read through the whole thread, and think about what they were doing and how it might apply to your situation, before you go attempting to fix yours.
They are discussing several different things that caused their Voyagers to stop responding, and you’re going to have to figure out what they did, and why they did it, in order to be sure of what you need to do. You don’t want to make things worse. Think it through and be sure!
