Those of you who use MF’s when mixing, say on auxes/FX returns, how do you pan them? I use mf-104 delay on the aux bus and pan around the opposite side of the stereo image from the source. Or sometimes I will move the pan around so that it sounds like a moving trail of delays. Care to share your panning techniques?
This might not be what you are looking for or are talking about, but if you have a MURF, then use the delay in the chain before the murf and the murf will pan it for you. Sounds wonderful when you sync them up.
murf is stereo? how does it pan the signal?
Each filter outputs on a diferent channel…its a very nice effect!
Eric
meaning they are split right/left? How do they alternate?
The filters alternate to L and R outputs.
200, 400, 1K, and 2.2K go left.
300, 675, 1.5K, and 3.4K go right.
