Hey everyone. I’ve been developing some burning pain in my forearm while playing keys over the last week or two. I gave it a few days to heal but it’s still bothering me.
Do you guys have a set of stretches you do before/while you play?
I’m going to let my pain go away, do some forearm strength training for a week, then get back to it. I’ve learned that playing through the pain ONLY makes things worse.
Let me know what you do for physical pain whilst playing
