oscillator Issue

Hey guys i just got a moog voyager os and i noticed an issue with the oscillator frequency. On the second oscillator the frequency knob doesn’t change the pitch at all, and the for the third oscillator the frequency knob doesn’t work unless its at the +/- 7 mark sort of like all or nothing. Anyone know whats up?

if you look at around 2:32 you can see him tuning the oscillators with the frequency knob and thats what my synth isn’t doing properly.

Re oscillator 2, are you sure it’s not synced to oscillator 1 ? (first red switch from the left)
Also make sure osc2 is switched on and it’s volume audible (mixer scetion)

yeah i have checked both of those things. i’m pretty sure its a internal issue.
