OSC2 out of tune

Hey! I haven’t posted in a while. I could use some help:

Might this be a calibration issue?..

After my LP is warmed up, I always have to tune OSC2 to OSC1. It’s like this for every preset, too [GLOBAL problem?], so I usually just work out of the first preset and just tweak parameters as I go (I use my LP live, a lot). Changing to another preset means the OSC2 just goes to its default setting…which is out of tune with OSC1.

Again, I speculate this is a calibration issue? I’ve had this Moog for going on 3 years now, and don’t remember this being a problem until 2012.

Any feedback would be great!

The presets are designed on a specific Phatty and under specific conditions. And Phattys are analog - the sonic result (can you say that in english???) of their parameter values varies from instrument to instrument, from condition to condition.

The best way to get this right is to calibrate your Phatty, then walk through the presets, correct OSC2 to your preference and save the preset again.

Yup, run the calibration routine.
