Osc sync and envelope control of pitch?

Hi everyone - new here. If all goes as planned, I’ll get one of these cute little brutes - my first Moog ever! I do have one question after reading the specs several times then carbon111’s Little Phatty page.

Does the mod scheme indeed allow for envelope control of osc. 2’s pitch for envelope sync sounds? Carbon111’s/James’ page states that it does, but I can’t find any mention of it in the specs.
