Osc 1 not working

Hi.

I’ve just updated my SubPhatty and connected it to my Mac. The problem is that the sound disappears when I turn the wave knob of OSC 1. It only works when it is at directly at Triangle or at 12 oclock (in the middle between sawtooth and square). I can load presets and they sound just find, but if I touch the wave knob the sound is gone. Has anybody else experienced anything like this?

I have a similar problem with the EG Amount which seems linked togheter with the attack POT so when I move the EG Amount the attack POT goes to slower value. Try tris using the stand alone editor, look it while you are moving the POT and check in the editor if Something else is moving too (volume POT for example or other POT) like them were link ed togheter. Let me know if everything is ok using the editor.

Then… try to leave the Sub Phatty panel untouched and move the virtual knob Of the editor. Does the sound disappear?

Hi.

I fixed the problem with the OSC1 knob, BUT I have the problem as you have with the EG amount knob and the Envelope attack knob. When EG is at twelve everything is good, but if I turn it to either side it takes about a second before it kicks in.

  1. how do you fixed OSC 1 ?

Are you saying that if you set EG AMOUNT to +5 and set both AMP ATTACK and FILTER ATTACK to 0 (zero) you hear a slow attack ? or are you experiencing a “delay” before the sound start with fast attack ? remember that there is a hidden DELAY parameter, check with the editor if is set to zero. If not it’s normal because +5 of EG AMOUNT means it has to apply the full envelope (with the hidden delay setted).
