OS upgrdae not free?

Hi all, just bought my first moog & so far love it!

I got the ARE stage ii looks as fat as it sounds!

I was surprised to see that to update to the latest OS you have to pay for it? this true? for a new purchase also?

Well I am off to learn my new beast!

PS the software is also extra yeah? wanna back up the presets in case the ARE have different ones… before I overwrite them

Updating the OS is free. The files and instruction can be downloaded on the product page of the Moog web site.

It only cost $$$ if you don’t want to hook your phatty up to a computer your self.
