one power suply for three moogerfooger ?

hi,
i look for a power suply solution for my pedal board.
wich contents 3 moogerfooger and others.

if someone have a solution…
i’m not sure about the traditional pedal power like voodoo lab or t.rex tank..

thank you.

I use a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 with no problem. I have it running three Moogerfoogers, a CP-251, and two delay pedals (Boss and Maxon) all at the same time with no problems. The only drawback is that you need to order the special center-positive cables directly from Voodoo Labs (they don’t come standard with the unit). But in my experience their communication is good, shipping was fast, and prices were livable.

The challenge is if you need to power pedals with higher current draw. I use the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 Plus for my Moog pedals, but I still have to use a separate power supply for the delay. I think the same might hold for the MuRF.

That could be … The ones on my board are a Lowpass Filter, Ring Mod, Freq Box, and CP-251. Others might draw more current than these.

Using an unregulated adapter with a rating of 800mA, I can daisy chain three pedals with out any noticeable overcurrent hum. For the units which have digital circuitry (MuRFs, maybe the clock on the 104SD(?)) I use an adapter with a regulator circuit (7809 + a few caps).

I’m thinking about getting the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 Plus to run 6 MoogerFoogers: Ring, Freq, Phaser, Delay, & MuRF. What if any problems will exist barring of course the need to get reverse-polarity cables?

Does the MuRF & Delay REALLY have different requirements?

Since all outputs on the PP2 is isolated, there shouldn’t be any issues, right?

The Delay definitely requires more amps than the pedal power can supply, and the murf is border line. Most of the others you shouldn’t have a problem with though.
