I have just bought the vx351 and cp251, and am considering getting the new oberheim sem pro…
Does anybody have experience of how easy it would be to connect the pair, and use the sem as an expander for the module, with the next step being a full modular set up..
Also, anyone had any interesting results from pairing the voayager and sem pro in this manner ?
Here’s a clip of the Patch Panel version of Tom’s new SEM. It’s fairly rudimentary as far as demo is concerned. Also, this bloke has an Old School so the clip won’t demonstrate any of the midi-integration that you’d enjoy with your Voyager and the SEM-Pro (like patching of aftertouch to some other modulation on the SEM).
