I don know if it is expected behavior or not, but when note sync is on, my bass patches start to sound wierd. I use 2 osc saw wave, one detuned octave down. All the fatness is gone. I get better results with note sync off, record few notes, then drop the best note in ableton sampler and then sequence it. I don’t understand why everyone loves this feature. To me it sounds bad.
