It looks as if there are new versions of firmware and updates to the editor, which may be the root of my problems from my previous thread. I am still running firmware 2.0.1 and editor version 1.0.3
I am a registered member and user and for some reason I have not received any e-mail from Moog whatsoever. Haven’t changed my e-mail, checked my spam and junk…What’s going on here? Frustrated.
I have no idea why Moog doesn’t post a link to the editor on the Sub Phatty’s download tab. The download tab does have a link to version 2.0.1 of the firmware, but currently the latest firmware version is version 2.0.3. I’d contact Moog support to find out why you didn’t get notified of updates (assuming your e-mail address is correctly registered and you checked your spam folder), I don’t think your fellow forum members can help you with that.
Thank you for posting that for me. I spoke to a technician today and he was going to get back to me but I ended up reading your reply first…very weird that I didn’t get the email.
