No sound in Headphone and output

Hi, I have a problem with MINIMOOG VOYAGER BE

I have no sound in:

  • Headphone & Output (Is heard slowly in the background … and with noise)

But if in mixer out … Can it be a broken op amp? Help me identify which corresponds to the output?
