EDIT: Introduction now has annotations. Like anyone cares. :unamused: I just wanted to join the annotation madness that seems to be plaguing YouTube, and figured 4:45am was a good time to do it.

Part 3 is now up! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-dNnGtHgfY

Part 4/5 up now! Watch it here! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXyd4Dp5wV0

EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtIlo1CUFD0 marks the end of this video series! Thanks for watching…or not. For my first video project I think it came out pretty good! I promise the next one will be better.

Nice to see the custom colour scheme.

Thanks!

very cool, i like the blue lights as well. cant wait to see it with the rainbow pitch/mod wheels! i like the patch you had going in the begining of the 4th video, reminds me of 60’s sci-fi movies

Thanks ColorForm! I don’t recall what patch that was in particular. In my next video, I will demonstrate the additional feature of S&H Out 2 going to the KB In of the Little Phatty…IF I get around to making said video.

Beginning of video 4…that would be part 3? About 1 minute in? That would be BIT CRUSHER. Very Sci-fi like, IMO. If you mean part 4, that would be HARD RINGER with the ARP on and my Moogerfoogers on. I can’t wait till the stupid circuit is DONE for the pitch and mod wheels! I can never find the time to complete it. Of course, if I wasn’t so CHEAP, I would just buy the parts instead of salvaging them from radio, TV, and VCR boards I have laying around. :unamused:

Ah, well. At least I’m helping the environment by keeping those boards out of the landfills. Of course, I DO use lead solder. What’s a couple inches off the ozone layer, right?

very cool…yea the blue lights are awesome

Thanks!

I just noticed your signature…That which does not kill us makes us stronger. Right below the post where I talk about using lead solder. Just an observation. Quite amusing once you think about it.

Wheels are done! Here ya go! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsPW_TzG6tI

Also, just for EricK, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KInVh8zeN80

Nice wheels Voltor…and a great shirt…

The wheels are looking spiffy! And who’da thought that you could spend so much time exploring the possibilities of Overload?!

Nice job!

Oh, and one more thing…

Although “Jump” requires a polyphonic synth, maybe you could satisfy us by playing the synth solo in the bridge of the song.
(It goes from about 2:30 til 3:05, just to point you in the right direction  )
I was attempting it on my LP earlier, but unfortunately I don’t have a camera to film and youtube it. Sounds amazing though!

Thanks! I’ve also got a gold leaf Adidas style Zelda jacket that must be seen to believe, a red Nintendo logo T-shirt, and a whole bunch other video game related shirts.

As for the wheels, I’m NEVER doing that again! Three whole hours trying to get them LED’s to work! And without the breaks, it would have still been two hours! :imp:

You’re assuming I have talent. I’ve been working on my chops, though and can feel myself getting better. I don’t reckon I’ll be confused with Emo anytime soon, but I’m working on it. Thanks for the tip!

Actually, a lot of cool overload effects were cut out…over four minutes, in fact. :open_mouth:
