New Moog One - Empty Presets

I have a brand new Moog One and I have found that some presets produce no sound at all, such as “STEEL PIANO” and “VERY BASS”. I have reloaded the latest firmware to make sure that is not a problem. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Hi David,

Good news. I ran into this problem, too, when I got my new Moog One last month. I did some searching on the forum and the search engine was really helpful. I found a prior posting that provides an explanation for this and an easy solution. The name of the prior posting is “Presets With No Sound.” Good luck!
