new member questions about control of mixer out, filter in

can i tell any other way other than with my ears if i am overdriving the filter in too much ??

can i damge the filter in this way??

any other information would be grand

I remember reading somewhere that Bob Moog designed the inputs to handel very high input levels (within reason, of course). I’d say as long as you’re not plugging any amplifier outputs into it, it should be fine.

You’d adjust the external input level ctrl until the led beneath the mixer legend begins to flicker.

so that control works not only for the external input but the mixer out filter in as well ?
