New Jam: Moog and Eurorack play nice.

Here’s a little jam I recorded with my new small modular setup and the Voyager. I synced the modular to Ableton and used two kits of samples I recently made: one with Voyager drum samples, the other with chopped samples from a separate modular jam. All of the melodies played on the Moog were done live (in other words, not perfectly synced with MIDI, ha), MF-104 for delay and Vermona VSR3 for reverb.

I’m really enjoying the weirdness of this little skiff. I’m loving how it compliments the lush glory of the Moog sound. Anyway, Enjoy and let me know what you think.

Sounds great! Everyone always talks about 808s and other lame-o drum machines. My favorite drum sounds all come from my moog.

I have at least five different kits that I’ve made using just the Voyager. Incredible drum sounds if you have the patience to invoke them, haha.

Are you making the kits velocity sensitive through multiple samples? I am. It’s taking a long time but it’s sounds amazing.
