So far, they haven’t asked for my opinions on a product
until the product is already pretty much finalized.
But, if they had, I would have said that I would gladly
have given up either the MIX, FEEDBACK, or FB INSERT
jacks just so that I could have an LFO OUT jack. (And
even though I’d miss the replaced jack, I’d still want an
LFO OUT even more.)
Then, on top of all the amazing things this pedal can
do (and the surface has only been scratched), we’d also
have a 7-Shape LFO source with a stunning range of
0.025Hz to 100Hz whose Rate could be controlled by
knob, via CC#15, via Tap Tempo, and via MIDI Clock
(with 22 possible time divisions), that can also be reset
to the beginning of its wave via CC#72 or by any MIDI Note,
that could then go to all your other Moogerfoogers and
other analog toys.
Am hoping, hoping, hoping that this becomes a factory
Mod someday in the future. Or maybe some kind soul
will show us how to do it.
Lack of LFO out is a shame indeed.
