My first post and was hoping to get help with the above. I just got it from Big City Music and am running it through the motions according to the manual.
I’m using my LP as the VCTG
I’m using a Fatar VP-26 F as my expression pedal (i believe this is the company that made the Moog EP-1; as a matter of fact I think it was this very same Fatar pedal just branded for Moog. What a hunka sh*t!)
I can only get the manual’s first two simple examples to work: the LFO, and the Attenuators. When I try the Four-Input Mixer, I go back to the existing patch on the LP.
Not sure what this means. Can you be more explicit about exactly what is happening? Exactly what are you connecting to what and what is happening? Thanks.
Exactly. What are you inputting into the 4-way mixer and what are you outputting to? Try outputting to the LP’s pitch. That’s one of the easiest ways to know what kind of cv you’ve created. Then you can apply that to the LP’s other inputs.
You might want to try some simple setup: try putting the CP251’s saw lfo into mixer input 1 and the square into input 2. Have the “+” output going into the LP’s pitch input. Adjust the mixer’s input, output, and offset pots while holding down a key. You should hear the pitch going crazy.
